01Conflicts check
Before anything substantive, we check the parties you name against our current and prior engagements. This is why the form asks for opposing parties and why it asks you to hold your documents.
02Scoping call
Twenty to thirty minutes. What the evidence is, where it sits, what the deadline is, and whether the question you need answered is one forensic analysis can actually answer.
03Scope and engagement letter
A written scope with a cost range and a schedule. Work begins when the engagement letter is signed, not before.
